Position Summary:

Under the general direction of Associate Winemaker, this position will be responsible for BIMS data entry for the Oakville Cellars and Cardinale Winery Operations. Will also perform general office administrative duties in support of Winery Operations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
•  Assists with data entry of all bulk wine movement tracking for all internal and external wine movements via the Bulk Inventory Management System (BIMS) data base system.

•  Printing barrel Barcode Stickers and tracking of barrel inventory
•  Works with team to ensure inventory compliance
•  Bottling and case goods record keeping data entry in BIMS
•  Understands and stays updated on all aspects of BIMS system as it applies to individual winery data and record keeping.
•  Auditing and entry of cellar work orders and weight tag information
•  Troubleshoot and work with Cellar Manager and Cellar Supervisor to resolve inventory discrepancies.
•  Assist Associate Winemaker in other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills are required. Winery experience and knowledge of the AS400 system, Excel and Access is preferred. Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY:

The base pay for this role ranges from $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
