Part-Time Tasting Room Associate (Seasonal):

Trisaetum Winery is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team as a Part-Time Tasting Room Associate (Seasonal). The primary function of this role will be to provide the best possible experience to all guests by developing relationships that promote sales, wine club memberships and brand loyalty. This position is a champion of customer service and creates an engaging and memorable experience for our tasting room guests through a balance of education and unrivaled hospitality.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Actively promoting wine and Club Membership sales
- Maintaining professional tasting room demeanor and professional standards
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Assisting with daily inventory counts
- Keeping designated service stations organized and well stocked
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all wines being served on flights
- Assisting with additional duties as requested

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be outgoing, self-motivated and friendly with a positive and team-oriented attitude
- Must be computer literate, able to learn our POS and reservation systems
- Must be able to remain standing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds repeatedly
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Ability to articulate and speak comfortably in front of groups

Education:
- High School or equivalent

Experience:
- Some sales experience desired; tasting room sales experience a bonus

Licenses/certifications:
- Must be willing to obtain OLCC Server’s Permit and Food Handlers Certification

Compensation:
- Hourly rate (based on experience) plus tips
