Domaine Roy & Fils is an estate winery in the heart of the Willamette Valley, dedicated to crafting organically farmed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We are passionate about delivering exceptional wines and providing a warm, elevated hospitality experience for every guest.
We are seeking a professional, service-driven individual to join our team as a Tasting Room Support, greeting guests on weekends and supporting seamless daily operations.

Role Overview
The Tasting Room Support is the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with poise, professionalism, and warmth. Working closely with the DTC Manager, you will oversee guest flow, manage reservations, ensure property readiness, and step in to support service when necessary. This role is essential in upholding our standards of excellence, from the moment guests arrive to their final pour.
Key Responsibilities
• Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring smooth pacing and timely table turnover
• Support the hospitality team with service needs, polishing glassware, and prepping snack boards, and restocking the inventory room
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready tasting room, including completing opening and closing cleaning duties and daily mise en place
• Ensure wine is chilled correctly and all food accompaniments are ready prior to service
• Monitor the flow of service and assist in keeping the team on track throughout the day
• Promptly respond to guest inquiries via phone and email during business hours
• Resolve guest concerns graciously and professionally
• Collaborate with management to support sales and wine club membership goals
General Responsibilities
• Uphold Domaine Roy’s standards of professionalism, punctuality, and hospitality
• Perform all opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and polishing
• Accurately process orders, reservations, and shipments through the POS system
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our wine offerings, shipping policies, and CRM tools
• Participate in wine education and industry networking events
• Provide concierge-level service, including local recommendations for lodging, dining, and activities
• Support team members during winery events and peak seasons
• Maintain a collaborative, upbeat attitude rooted in high-quality service
Requirements
• 1+ years in a winery, tasting room, or wine-centric hospitality environment
• Familiarity with Oregon wines and a strong passion for the industry
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid OLCC Alcohol Server Permit & Oregon Food Handler’s License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with TOCK and WineDirect is a plus
• Strong communication skills and comfort navigating guest conflict with professionalism
• Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for sales
Schedule
35–40 hours/week
Availability required Friday–Sunday, flexibility during peak seasons and events
