Andante Vineyard is located near Dallas, Oregon in the heart of the Willamette Valley, within the Van Duzer Corridor AVA.

We are seeking a new addition to our Tasting Room team who shares our core values and love of all things vine to wine. This person should have a passion for hospitality and be knowledgeable about wine.

Key Responsibilities:
Confidently guide guests through tastings and facilitate sales with a focus on hospitality.
Manage reservations and plan out daily seating arrangements in service areas.
Assist the Director of Sales with wine club and administrative tasks
Assists in event planning and execution.
Work offsite events as needed

Other Responsibilities
Helps maintain a healthy and collegial work environment
Must be able to troubleshoot and remain calm in quick changing environment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in tasting room or other hospitality environment
35-40 hours per week, primary supervisor on Sundays.
Must work weekends and occasional evening events.
Highly organized, self-directed, works independently and oversees a team.
Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
Excellent communication skills
Experience with computers/software: Google Suites, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe; POS/Inventory systems – WineDirect
Physical ability to lift 45lbs and stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift.

Must have or willing to obtain:
OLCC Alcohol Service Permit.
Oregon Food Handler’s Permit.

Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
